What is the Magic Number of Dead That Would Prove We Are Tough Guys?

Listening to the republicans last night it seemed to me that they were advocating that we throw ourselves into the maw to prove we are tougher than the terrorist. That started me thinking do they mean we all have to die to prove we are tough, or, is there some magic number of us that need to die?

That is the problem…the Republicans never specify what it takes. It is always some amorphous goal post out there we may or may not achieve. It would seem the pugs have an aversion to making commitments or straight-talking.


Almost forgot; do you think they give us any credit toward toughness for being severely wound....suppose not, they didn't give Max Cleland any slack.

I think the question is how many of "the other guy" do we have to take out. An interesting statistic would be how many Iraqis have died per 9/11 victim. Shows you how they really value life.
