So how is everybody this morning? Still in a fighting mood?

Hey, yesterday was an interesting day. Things are going solid for us Dems now. Just keep in mind. We still don't have any power. They have the WH, Congress and the Supreme Court. Things are going better for us, mainly because this country is going to hell. So let's keep heartened that good things may be on the horizon, but we still have lots of work to do.

Because if we do what we know we are capable of doing, working hard and winning elections then that is a pretty big deal. It means no more soldiers will die in Iraq. Less terrorism worldwide. More people will get health care. More will get out of poverty. Better jobs. Better education.

So stay heartened, but stay hungry. Today is a new day and we have another battle to win.

I have been thinking lately that the tide has finally turned and, with that prospect, the near future is looking rosy enough that some of us may get complacent. Don't! The GOP is praying for us to go back to sleep. To crawl back under a rock and let them go about the business of dismantling democracy.

No slack. No forgiveness. No prisoners.
