that is what happened. We have been tyring to get a good ol' fashioned discusion on the war for how long? You just got it... the silence on the R side tells you that it might be dawinng on the leadership, we just walked into this one.

So we have close to three hours of ahem debate on the war. In some ways some of us felt as if we just went into the time machine and was listening to the arguments over Nam... but the point is... we just had the debate we should have had. Oh and the vote... this is purely meaningless, if they had our side vote yes in block, they would have a point, but they don't even have that.

Now if they try to declare victory and go home, they can be called on it...

This was a good day... and a very well played day.
