So, is what C-Span just reported, a former Tom Delay assistant, a different indictment?

Also, Rep. Ney is supposed to be the 'lawmaker' in the Scanlon indictment and he was subpoenaed yesterday to turn over his records regarding his Abramoff donations.

I agree that this will bring down this party. Each day there seems to be another indictment ~
