Failed Business Man, Once Again, Others Must Cover His Failures

I don't usualy make my own threads, But this has been dancing around inside my head ever since the beginning of the house's session early this afteroon and bits and pieces of information about this overseas trip...

Is this whole situation nothing more than his base being ordered to clean up the mess he has made by being unable to refurte the charges of misleading this country into an illegal war?

He cannot handle anyone who dares to disagree, these days the majority of Americans disagree with him, is he running away to lick his wounds until his base makes things right again?

Does he really think they can?

7. This Ugly Behavior Belongs to Them All, Not Just Bush

This is the way the unimpeded privilege of rich capitalists and their insular cult-world finally explodes--building each other's fantasies up more and more, agreeing with each other as if they have proved something to the mainstream world, and thinking that the only "skills" they have to learn are framing and advertising.

The behavior of Republicans in the House, for example, gets more bizarre all the time: attacking Democrats for "not supporting the troops," then cutting their medical benefits over Democratic protests, then laughing and sneering at Democratic questions, then launching smear/intimidation campaigns at surprisingly little provocation, etc. It is as if they themselves were not prepared for the total failure of Bush, and the fact that the American people are sick of it all, and are just making up attack campaigns on the fly. Bush has always been covered up for and bailed out, but all Republicans have gotten a free ride from their media for so long that they have not even bothered to think out coherent thoughts or explanations for the things they do, for so long, and have been allowed to get away with sneering, laughing, mocking, launching "investigations" to intimidate, (remember old Bush's IRS investigation on Clinton's Mom, while the bastard Bush was still President), that they have actually all lost the art of debate, on anything.

This group has been made up of a fake, paid-off media, fake screened audiences, corporate-produced event presentation, and smear campaign spin of their own, combined with total censorship of the opposing side. All this insanity eventually had to explode. This is the psychoneurotic end of Bush's life, as with Nixon, but it is also the end of this certain type of Republican criminal/bully. Wait for the next kind.
