Dems Should Walk Out
Since this is not the Murtha resolution, but is a radical Republican proposal -- the Democrats should just walk out and not vote.

Let the radical Republicans have their sham vote for all the country to see!

3. I agree
The problem is trying to get them all to do it. Some of them would stay.

6. If many Dems walk out, what's to stop
the Repubs from shelving this and then calling for a vote on some of the bills they withdrew earlier? Like the big tax bill? Could this be their plan?

I seem to remember another time just a few weeks ago when they said a vote wouldn't be held, many of the Dems left for lunch or something, and the Repubs put the bill back in for a vote after saying they wouldn't. Couldn't something like that happen here if we leave?

Never ever forget what sneaky bastards they are.

10. 2/3 of the House must be present
for a bill to come to a vote. That's how.

5. I wish they had...
a 'vote of no confidence' like they do in England.

11. NO THEY SHOULDN'T. The reporter on Hardball just said the Pubs
changed the wording of the resolution for the vote tonight. It actually says "To pull out of Iraq as soon as poissible." He said that gives the Dems and some Pubs a great opportunity to vote YES!

Thank about it. ASAP means just what it says, and not TOMORROW!
