This is a big lie. If WE know the thruth and MSNBC/Olberman knows the truth, then surely the AP knows the truth. DU should lay into them big time and relentlessly until they issue a correction.

and I read down the LBN page lately with a big ass smile. They're/we're doing very good now. I like Reid. I like Dean. I like what I'm seeing lately. bush's first year of his second term is his biggest disaster yet. And dammit - those responsible for forcing this bullshit attack and invasion of Iraq have got to be BE held accountable.

The charges are based on real, actual, legal LAWS. You can't spin your way out of laws. Unfortunately, the Press isn't being as much whorish in this episode as it's being stupid. Most journalists don't know a thing about law. Most of them still think that Presidents can just enact laws by wishing them into existence.

My own suspicion is that Libby's lawyer is trying to say, obliquely, that Libby wasn't the only one involved.
