There is a percentage of Americans who will never say anything bad about a president out of respect for the office, and that includes folks who answer polls.

There is no other sane reason that 34% would approve of Shrubby at this point. He's closer to 25% approval, IMO. And will hit 19% when people start freezing during the winter.

To afford heat, I plan on living in one room of my house for 90% of the day.
