3. Wolf tried to set up a Kerry - Murtha conflict but Murtha didn't bite.

Wolf tried to make into a match between them when they are actually closer on their withdrawal plans than any other two plans.

But, Wolf always needs to distract from the real target of both men - Bush's war plan.
