Here's what he wrote to me: "Hey this is a letter somebody wrote to bill clinton. Check out number 14. I didnt know this and I really dont know how true it is. But maybe its something you'll find interesting." I haven't included the spam he sent along as an attachment, but #14 was the allegation that the Israelis had held Mohammad Atta as a prisoner & Warren Christopher negotiated his release, so Clinton was responsible for 9/11.
Here's what I wrote back (thanks to Wonk for the snopes link debunking the Atta story):
I can't believe this anti-Clinton spam is still bouncing around the net. He hasn't been the president for over 2 years, & people are still so obsessed with his penis. Number 14 is not true.

If you receive spams like that on a regular basis, & if you are inclined to reply to them, you might want to point out to the sender that while they are busy wallowing in sordid tales of Clinton's sexual exploits, people are dying & will continue to die:
