McCAIN: Next MSM Turkey Stuffed Down Our Gullet
Evan THOMAS, another one of those out-of-touch mainstreamers from Newsweek, was on sL-IMUS, drumbeating for McCAIN, calling him a rock star, an authentic war hero (as opposed to whom? John KERRY?). He said "THE PEOPLE" really respond to him, come up to him sucking up, telling him how great he is sitting at airports everywhere, Puerto Rico.

This was after a bit about what a pissed off pissant Shrub is, so THOMAS acknowledged that McCAIN, too, has a temper, is hotheaded. And oh, btw, McCAIN would be OLDER THAN RAYGUN if elected.

SL-IMUS then threw in gratuitously, "Will people take FRANKEN seriously as a senate candidate." THOMAS *did* have the semblance of decency to say, "Why not, they took Ahhhnuld seriously, they took RAYGUN seriously. He's very bright, went to my school, is TOO LEFT FOR MY TASTE." sL-IMUS then ridiculously skeedaddled from his idiotic question to do shtick FAVORING Kinky FRIEDMAN, who, he said, is now polling in the 20s for TX governor.

But anyway, McCAIN is the next annointed that we the people supposedly adore.

3. It's funny but the * people used McCain's reputation for losing
control against him during the 2000 campaign, as I recall.

8. called him a psycho from being tortured, said he had an
illegimate African child, and that his wife was a lesbian. Maybe we could hire the same group to call around with that message and add on that he is really old and has face cancer, flip-flops on abortion. Also all the huggies with smirk would make good visuals.

5. McCain was supposed to be the media darling in 2000
Look where that got him. I think it's too early to speculate who the media will promote, and even if they START promoting someone, they change faster than the wind, so it's even doubly not worth speculating.

11. The continuing torture of Mr McCain
He used to be an alright guy until he decided to comply with the devil's* will. I think McCain was told that he will be top runner if he would bow down to the clothe less emperor. This stunt has made him look worse to the public, just like Colin Powell

There is another picture where shrubaduba corralled him in an office. You can see that McCain was wanting to spit.

10. Let's hope that McCain
is the next republican candidate for president. I do think that he is popular and respected in America. So wasn't Bob Dole.

14. A Big Loss by McCAIN in '08 Would Certainly Set Up Jeb in '12
Since the entitled Jeb Crow Shrub has decreed he will not deign to accept the crown in '08 but won't rule out '12.

16. I took the authentic war hero to reflect against Bush
(and I see Kerry slams where there aren't any)

What's weird is that per what I've read, McCain was at best a mediocre airman - while Kerry won medals based on proposing and implementing an innovative counter attack that likely saved some lives and for saving Rassman.

But then because McCain was held prisoner for 5? years andhe refused special treatment, he is "an authentic war hero" and because
Kerry using the same intelligence and courage he used at war to question the war at home, he is not an authentic war hero. The fact that most experts in the 70s eventually agreed with Kerry's assessment of the war, doesn't count.

Stranger still, both get credit for knowing about war - but given how they performed at war and after - one seems to have demonstrated a lot more skill.
