What are the truck and the satellite dish for?

President Bush speaks about the war against terror at Tobyhanna Army Depot in Tobyhanna, Pa., Friday, Nov. 11, 2005. In a Veterans Day speech, Bush offered a forceful defense of the war in Iraq, saying it is the central front in the war on terror and that extremists are trying to establish a radical Muslim empire extending from Spain to Indonesia. 1. That's not a sattelite dish ...
... that's Bush's personal APCD (Automated Propaganda Catapulting Device)!

it was the transmitter through which Karl broadcasts the speech into his ear.

9. Couldn't see the "applause" cards, either
when you see the repeats, the applause cues are just spooky. They must have start-stop cues.

10. During the speech, I kept thinking that the soldier over his left shoulder
looked like, well, Saddam, honestly. I kept thinking, "Now, couldn't they have put someone else there?"

My apologies to the soldier, who probably would have rather been anywhere else than serving as one of Chimpy's props.

13. The backdrop? All I see is
an unarmored pickup truck that gets soldiers in Iraq killed and a Saudi Satellite dish.
