Anyone else think Rove writes Bush's speeches? After hearing Rove

speak today at a gathering of the Federalist Society I was amazed that he sounded so much like the dimwit Bush. His cadence, structure, vocabulary, and simplemindedness just reminded me so much of Bush.

But I don't think he's a speechwriter. Of course only they know. I think Bush probably has people who write speeches for him like other president's.
