Why is it that the only time I get many replies to a post on DU
is when I post a rant about the ignorant, dumbshit, coward, liar, jackass, moron in the White House or some nostalgic thing about the 1950's? So, before I go to bed, here's a post:

HEY BUSH! You remind me of Flubadub (only dumber), you ignorant, dumbshit, coward, liar, jackass, moron!

Pinhead from the Foodini show would have made a better President than you, you ignorant, dumbshit, coward, liar, jackass, moron!

Good night all.

2. Because...

If you posta complete coherent thoughtful argument, noone generally has anything to dispute or add. :-)

The exception of course, is when you post something that's motivational or a cry for help.

15. There's this guy in my area named Lenny.
He wears bunny ears, red running shorts and a black t-shirt every single day. I think he's what we call nowdays "mentally challenged." You can see him running to the Radio Shack several blocks from his house and he always chats up the manager.

Then he gets a smoothie and sits in front of the Shell station across the street from the Radio Shack and has a lot of conversations with bugs.

I think he would have made a better president than bush.

And I'm not kidding.

24. I love Veal Parmesan and kick cats, I was dissappointed when
Wisconsin didn't pass the feral cat shooting law. Most hunters there shot 'em anyway when I was younger and lived there.

Trouble with some veal is that the farmers let 'em move a tad, they should nail their hooves to the barn floor.

How's that for a first draft?

23. It's scary, but I remember flubadub
www.tvacres.com/creatures_flubdub.htm

I actually remember Howdy Doody on TV. I was a little tike in the early fifties, but I remember it. Living in Detroit on the Canadian border we had not one, but two Howdy Doodie programs, one on the Detroit channel, and one on the Windsor channel.

I do not remember Foodini show. Was that a national program?

BTW, rzemanfl, keep posting those 50's posts. And keep those rants coming. YeeeeHawwwww!

42. Actually, many really well-researched and written posts
die here and yet the one that stirs up a response with a few sentences will become flamers. I have had flamers and I'm not proud of them because they didn't help the discourse. That's how it goes for us common folk.

There are just some here who could cough up phlegm and have 100 posts while a well thought out post could sink like a rock. But that's life on the 'net.
