Someone please give me compelling evidence that al Zarqawi exists

I think there is (or was) someone by that name, and maybe he was a smalltime terrorist (or maybe our govt. found ID on a dead body that they've been using ever since).

We've all laughed at the one-leg miraculous escape crap spewed in our direction regularly. We've all seen that this guy is the mastermind of masterminds, that he's everywhere and nowhere at the same time. He's super fly and super evil, and we need to spend trillions to stop him, and the new Signature Series al Qaeda in Iraq branch.

His claims of credit for various acts of terrorism usually show up on a web site, or so we're told. If I were to put up a website and claim credit for a terrorist attack, I think it would take the FBI approximately 11 minutes to be at my door, breaking it down. Given that the web server in question is presumably overseas, it might take them half a day to knock that particular door down. But it wouldn't be too difficult.

I'll give anyone who can provide evidence of his actual existence a genuine, faux Bush Pioneer for the Day award (this consists of you purchasing a can of Spam, eating it, and pretending you're at a $10K per plate Bush fundraiser).

S'okay, it was the Kurdish part and under US control while Saddam was in power, but it was still kinda in Iraq. Who the hell knows if he's still alive or if he was ever any kind of influential terrorist, much less Al Quaeda.
