isn't it time for us Democrats to start calling a spade a spade? . . .
isn't it time for us to name the violations of US and international law that BushCo has engaged in? . . . beginning with the illegality of the Iraq invation and occupation? . . . and extending to the use of banned weapons, the destruction of critical services in Iraq (electricity, water, etc.), and the violations of the Geneva Convention associated with the treatment of detainees? . . .

in other words, shouldn't the Democrats be pointing out that BushCo are out and out war criminals? . . . on several fronts? . . .

I mean, the evidence is there . . . enough to convict everyone associated with the evil empire . . .

4. I told Kucinich that in early 2004
He did not disagree with me but was quiet when I mentioned a Nuremberg type trial. These repukes make me ashamed to be in the same species or genus or phylum with them.

5. Long time past due. Evidence has been there for awhile now.
They were 'deluded' while millions around the World were not! Fine, they have the evidence now! Time *to start calling a spade a spade*

9. Perhaps they are worried about their liability.

The Dem leaders, that is.

Can they really distance themselves from culpability in this...or not?

I couldn't help but notice when watching "Fallujah: The Hidden Massacre", that the soldier said it was widely understood that the attack was being held off until after "Bush won".

They were ready and waiting...does this make you wonder at all about the speed with which Kerry conceded?

If they were to yell at the top of their lungs what they really think of bushco, it can be debated that by weakening bushco, they're weakening America. Unfortunately for us, he is the <sic> president. As such, if we have another castastrophy like 9/11, people will say that the terrorists struck us because the Democrats weakened America in the eyes of the world and invited the terrorists in. As much as I depise bushco, and believe me nobody depises them as much as I do, I understand why they can't completely destroy him and rip his useless heart out. They have to proceed in a methodical manner.

I think that once they have firmly established what a lying sack of shit he is, they should accuse HIM of weakening America and demand his resignation.

12. Hard to do that when...
...one is entirely complicit.

Of course the Democrats should do what you say. Instead, they stand for the war.
