a. A lame comedian who does stand-up at a small-town dinner theatre.
b. A used car salesman who does his own ads on late-night TV.
c. The town drunk.
d. The President of the United States.

You probably wouldn't chose "d". And when they told you he really was the President, would you:

a. Laugh hysterically.
b. Immediately start packing your stuff for your next jungle expedition.
c. Get falling-down drunk.
d. All of the above.
