I wrote Blankley off when I heard him waving aside some blatant violation of separation of church and state and labeling the opposition "secular fundamentalists". WTF?!? What's a secular fundamentalist? Is that someone who takes the Consitutional separation of church and state, um, LITERALLY? Isn't taking the Constitution literally, without "interpretation", a qualification for the SCOTUS these days?

It follows logically that a secular fundamentalist -- i.e. someone who adumbrates enforcement of an unwavering, unqualified separation of church and state -- should be the GOP's top choice for SCOTUS.
