5. Cheney wants to have the right to torture people so they can start

taking political prisoners. Some would argue that they already do take PPs, now it would be okay to torture them into a confession right here at home. Torture is recorded in our history and is currently going on right now around the world. Move over domestic violence, here comes domestic torture! Yikes!
