Brad blogs about "the incident" from yesterday

...snip

That Kerry was unaware of the GAO report is no great surprise. We first broke the news of the non-partisan GAO report and it's accompanying bi-partisan joint news release originally here at BRAD BLOG a full two weeks ago. Since then, we've opined about a complete failure to even mention the report at all, by any of the Mainstream Corporate Media (all wire services, all mainstream newspapers, all cable news channels failed to even mention it) both here at BRAD BLOG and late last night at HuffPo (where the item is currently a featured blog and has more comments than any other featured blog item listed on the front page!)

Lots more:

And while the "MCM" is awful, I don't believe Kerry didn't know.

He's playing coy.

2. I will continue to give Kerry the benefit of the doubt.
In order for him to speak out, he'd have to have support from his Democratic colleagues in the Senate, wouldn't you think? We know of at least one senator he approached -- Sen. Dodd -- about the subject & he got an angry reaction.

I also think it goes without saying that Kerry would like to maintain a good working relationship with his colleagues. I believe he denied his conversation with Dodd because of the potential strain Miller's report could have between them; in fact, some of us were contacting Dodd by e-mail & phone calls, asking why didn't Dodd support Kerry's assertions.

Another reason I think he denied Miller's report is because it has the potential of alienating other senators from further discussion with Kerry about the fraudulent election.

I sure don't hold it against Kerry because he didn't acknowledge the personal comments he made about one of his fellow senators. Would that have helped his relationship with Dodd? My question is, where's the outrage against Dodd?
