He can just do a press briefing and I'll read about it on DU.

3. I think * has made it clear
that the investigtion is a serious investigation and we need to let it run its course.

4. "There's an ongoing investigation..." it's his excuse NOT to deal with it.
Coward.
Of course he SHOULD come clean, but he's incapable of doing so. He's a freak without a conscience. He cannot really acknowledge wrongdoing. It messes with his concept of himself.
Scary to think that we let such a lying little imbecile get away with stealing our country.

8. Keep digging...
IF MSM allows anybody to hear that the Dems are calling for Bush to explain himself and Bush turns down the request, it will only make him look worse. It's snowballing for the Bush regime now... every little thing like this now helps to make things worse for the regime.

9. Treason against the United States of America is a high crime
Bush should put himself before the citizens of America and tell the truth. This ain't no blow job. This is national security.

Good move, Deanie

13. What would be the point, Howard? He wouldn't answer any
questions. He would stammer, stutter, drool, "um" and "uh", but he would not give an honest answer to anything. I just heard a snippet of his news conference today, where he was being asked about the leak investigation (that's what the reporters wanted to talk about, not the summit), and he couldn't give a straight answer. So I don't think it would do any good, and as someone else pointed out, it would only serve to disrupt regular programming.
