11. Intelligent design
of science projects would be very important.

Designing towns and clothing intelligently would be important too, but those would not be science classes.

Sadly I don't think that is what they mean.

The "intelligent design" they mean actually could fit in a science class in this many words.
"Some believe the universe and life itself is so awesome there could be intelligence or divine order in the process of evolution. That could be true but it isn't something science can evaluate"
End of that chapter,

8. Sure...
Teach in the chapter with other scientific myths..right along with people once thought that the earth was flat and that the sun revolved around the earth...maybe some people still believe these..i dont know...but that is where any mention of "intellegent design" should be taught. Evolution, while still designated scientifically as a theory..has moved way beyond the hypothisis stage...while intellegent design is just that..a hypothisis...it should not be taught as an alternative "theory"

10. I think a good question would be: How much time do you give ID in class?
I mean, if your argument is for intelligent design, well, that takes, what? A day to speak about? After you say God created everything, there's really not much more to discuss.....

14. The vatican actually respects science more than these American Fundies
A priest from the vatican had talks with Einstein to help form the initial ideas for the theory of the Big Bang.

Don't tell the fundie whackos here in America that fact, though. Their heads might start exploding.

15. Mythology is Not Science
Keep your religious propaganda out of our public schools, unless you wish it to be taught as a myth(belief) along with many others.
