The appropriate time for Senators to go after him is when he comes before the committee. Yes, there have been disappointing/digusting remarks from one or more of the gang of 14 who came up with the 'compromise' last Spring. Still the crisis hasn't played itself out yet.

We are a minority in the Senate. The gang of 14 already has said this nominee is not going to be filibustered. After the Harriet Meir's fubar, bush wasn't going to screw this one up.

He already has been confirmed by the Senate twice by 100 to 0

Personally, I think people who give money are wasting it. Give it to your local democratic candidate

as long as their not rich women who can afford abortions. Alito's comment on demanding women get husband's permission for an abortion; it only hurts a few women. Dah! Mr. Alito, scumbag, we don't violate the rights of anybody. Period.
