While Kagan's employer CNN, according to media related blogs I read, has been pissed off and threatens to fire employees who leak CNN insider info to media gossip/news blogs. Reportedly one CNN employee has already been fired for leaking CNN info to a blog.

Dean said it all perfectly. He offered plans that the democratic party has and agreed with Fitzgerald. I wish he told her that Scooter didn't lie to reporters but to the FBI and grand jury and it's far from over. :) Dean is handling all the party schedule and Fitzgerald is handling the law point. I thought Dean did that interview very well and he's doing so much better on the interviews too. He isn't so nervous anymore. I remember his interview on the "Daily Show" and at first he was a bit nervous but than he slowly warmed up. Now he starts out warmed up which is better for getting the message across. I'm so glad he's party chairman since he's so perfect for the job.
