When they get to hers, it will be interesting to see if she gets the four liberal votes needed to get heard by the court or not. I guess she might be able to pull that, but hopefully O'Connor will have a conscience before she leaves, and in her last ruling rule to save this country in her favor of overturning this.
My guess is that she and her lawyers decided it was best to lay low for a bit while they were reading her Amicus briefs to not derail her case being heard. And they just might be plain busy trying to prepare themselves for court if she does get heard.
Does anyone have a web site where all of the Supreme Court cases that have been filed are listed, along with their progress in the court at any given time? It would be good to get a ruling in her favor, especially if her testimony is needed to bring down Libby in his trial later, which would undoubtedly be squelched by his judge if he's done it to her already without such a ruling.
