My guess is that I would now either be in Leavenworth for life, or on death row.

Anyone who still believes we still have one standard for justice in this country is brain dead. "Scooter" and "Turd Blossom" are not being held to the same standards as we would be. (Not to mention their bosses.)

I believe that Fitzgerald is doing everything possible within the political atmosphere in which he is forced to operate. But I, for one, can longer recite that "... liberty and justice for all" bullshit with a straight face.

1. No you wouldn't. She'd be in trouble, not you.
You wouldn't have Top Secret clearance, so, if you found out, the person you found out from, who was on the "need-to-know" basis, would be in trouble.

That's why the reporters aren't in trouble for disclosing her name. They were only being questioned by Fitzgerald to find out who disclosed her name to them. They can print anything they like upon finding out. It's the leaker with the clearance who's in trouble.

2. Well, you certainly wouldn't be a very good friend...
...and Valerie wouldn't be a very good agent for disclosing that information to you. However, I understand your point. If you're going to place any bets now, though, my advice is to go with Fitz.

3. or dead
that's what I was going to say too.

Just the fact that we know her name and NOC history proves the law was broken, but, they do everything but talk about that.
