She has no desire to be standing up for the GLBT community. It was all about taking advantage of a personal opportunity. Any positive repercussion that this may have or any conversation that this may spark is coincidence.

Until I see them hold a Civil Union Ceremony in the White House Rose Garden while Dick C. is marching with PFLAG in the annual Gay Pride Parade they will still be self loathing Lesbians that put money and power ahead of social justice. Even then for all the harm that this administration, that they supported, has done to the GLBT community that might not make up for everything and prove that they are serious about working to support our community.
