Who went to the World Can't Wait rally yesterday?
I did. It was nice. We marched up 14th street to 42nd street. Lots of high school kids committed to ousting Bush.

Is anyone staying involved with WCW?

1. My co-worker went to the rally in Atlanta.
I can't wait to see him today and ask how it was.

Protesting for peace

A couple hundred people took to the streets Wednesday as part of the national "walk out" for peace. People were urged to leave classrooms and workplaces to join the protest. In Chico, the protest formed at 10 a.m. in the Free Speech Area on the Chico State University campus, marched through downtown - staging "die-ins" at various locations - and moved up The Esplanade. Some of the protesters later reached Congressman Wally Herger's office, which was closed.
