I about died laughing! They all acted as if this closing of a Senate session was totally illegal and unheard of! Rule 21 has been in the Senate books for ages; sure it hasn't been used in 25 years, but it's a real deal and I was so happy to see the old rule pulled out and dusted off!

I have lots of family in Tennesee... if you ever get a chance, go see "Charlie Wayne and Crawdad Creek"... my 'cuz:) He lives in Memphis, but plays all over the south.
