1. We had a couple hundred at Chico State University, we marched through
downtown and held a die-in at a few intersections.
Then about 75 of us walked three miles down a main street to our Congressman Wally Herger's Office to demand a town hall meeting in Chico to discuss the US pulling out of Iraq. Of course he was not there, but about a dozen police officers followed us on our march and to Wally's office where we held a mock interview with Wally and *.
I am going to do a search for news stories tomorrow -- the World Can't Wait site is starting to add links about news coverage, so I am hopeful I will get the see the full extent of the activities.
