2. I was wondering that, myself.

However, most Americans seem to have been in a walking coma since 2000. They don't care that Bush stole two elections. They don't care that he's a liar. They don't care about shit as long as they can still buy their Hummers and purchase gasoline for under $3. When it effects their pocketbooks, then they'll care.
