Just Photoshopped this image of The Tip Of The Iceberg
Pretty happy with how it came out, what it suggests and I'm happy to share:

4. Wow, other people are up this hour?
Thanks folks. Glad you like it. I'm not sure if I should add anyone/anything else to the iceberg. I don't want to overdo it... but what about Ladeen? Bolton? Any suggestions?

Oh, and here's one I did the other day... in case you haven't seen it (apologies to those who have):

5. Be good to see Bush at the bottom of the 'berg. . .
just not certain how that would balance, though . . . that, and I like that Iraq is the bottommost level of the hidden crimes . . . good job, monk -- I look forward to seeing more of your work. And welcome to DU.

6. Now that I've seen the iceberg one, I'm picturing something else
Fitz on the iceberg, and a ship piloted by the Bush cabal crashing into it and sinking. . . . Like the "Bushtanic" or something :).

I kind of like the blank, open space on the upper right... it lets the mind wander into the possibilties.

However, maybe this 'titanic' image I made a while back will work for you:

Monk - Welcome to you and your talent. You should market those as T-shirts. Perhaps you could make a second version with a "Bush Boat" heading for the iceberg, as we're all waiting for the "captain" to go down with his shi*!

Thanks for the early morning laugh.

20. Excellent ... one added suggestion
I love it! BTW if you wish to make the base a little more substantial, add images of both Georgie and Condi to the opposite sides of the Iraq map. Now, IMO that would make this political Iceberg perfect.

22. Thanks!! I'll be using that!
On my union BBS, I had used the phrase "That iceberg doesn't end at the waterline!", in referring to percisely this (and clearly hinting of Rove). It'll be a perfect illustration of that idea.

31. Wish I had 2 desktops.
Yesterday, I sat here and cried and made Senator Reid's statement my desktop background. It deserves to be read again and again:

10/28/05

Washington, D.C. – Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid released the following statement.

“These are very serious charges. They suggest that a senior White House aide put politics ahead of our national security and the rule of law.

“This case is bigger than the leak of highly classified information. It is about how the Bush White House manufactured and manipulated intelligence in order to bolster its case for the war in Iraq and to discredit anyone who dared to challenge the president.

“It's now time for President Bush to lead and answer the very serious questions raised by this investigation. The American people have already paid too steep a price as a result of misconduct at the White House, and they deserve better.”

Now, you share your brilliantly beautiful work - It deserves more than one viewing - and I just don't know what to do.

Very nicely done, Monk. Welcome to DU. :hi:

How about thi one - why does a democratic president get impeached over a blow job and a repuke president allowed to remain in office after lying to the american people about the reasons for rushing to war?
