3. Indicting a "ham sandwich" is BS
If a prosecuter went to a grand jury and asked an indictment based on speculation, hearsay, and bias, Kirby would soon gain a new salesperson.

The "ham sandwich theory" is spin control constructed by the guilty party.

Good graphic though.
