The Spin Game Has Begun

Just flipped from the radio where Rush was talking about Whitewater and Bill Clinton, to Fox where Fred Barnes was talking about how trivial the indictments really are and how the President still has loads of political capital, to CNN where that Terry Jeffrey was again speaking about Bill Clinton.

So the Republican tactic is obvious. Slam Wilson, and then compare to the Clinton White House. Try as hard as possible to confuse and avoid the issue, and trivialize it. Funny how little time the Republicans spend mentioning the target of the indictment itself. I find the interviewers have to keep reminding the republican talkies that Clinton or Wilson is not the one in trouble here.

They are scum, all of them.

They will try so hard to deflect, trivialize and confuse. Its up to US to try to set the record straight with everybody we know. The spin will be relentless by the other side on this. One thing I find interesting that they have not really talked about. Rove is still in some trouble possibly. He is not out of the clear yet.
