Woodward piece in tomorrow's Washington Post re: Fleitz?
I'm just a cut and paster - found this fascinating

But then, a short while ago -- one of America's top journalists called me to ask what I knew about Fleitz. He said rumors were swirling everywhere and that a "really wild rumor" was that Bob Woodward had a piece appearing in tomorrow's Washington Post focusing on Fleitz. Realize -- NOTHING substantiated here.

If this were true -- and Fleitz was in Fitzgerald's cross-hairs, then what law was broken?? One must now wonder if Fleitz was Robert Novak's source.

again, from Steve Clemons (I am just a cut and paster looking for info --
"I know nothing more.

But here is what Steve Clemons wrote on Fleitz and the possibility of a Plame connection a while back. . .plus if you use the search function on the site for "Fleitz", you will find a lot of commentary on this website about him. He's an interesting, swashbuckling, rough-and-tough character who kept his CIA WINPAC portfolio despite being seconded to the State Department."

9. Ahh, thought you mean Heidi Fleitz (sp?) was back in business
setting up prostitutes for BushCo or some other kind of Republican Profit-Making Project.

I mean, with the precedents so far, one could easily imagine...

But lets not go there.

5. Here is link to article mentioning him as pivotal to Plame leak
He may have been the original source for the leakers in WH. I posted wrong link in my last post but couldn't manage to edit it, so here is link to article that talks about his possible role in the Plame leak:

6. Fleitz being indicted would be poetic justice: he is "Shallow Throat"

between the (WH-despised) CIA and (work-around-Powell) Bolton at State ... more importantly, he had raw data from both ends of the intel community and could "sex up" any intelligence at pleasure (no fukking pun intended)

on edit: lost a word in fast typing

7. Oh yeah???? but but but...the Team2/PNAC said they got it from Tenet.
Remember? Two days ago they said the Tenet told them that Valerie was undercover.

Were they covering up for Team2/PNAC AGAIN?

This Fleitz had either big shoulders and a little mouth or little shoulders and a big mouth.

Let's see what he looks like.

Bolton, huh? I had a hunch.

Next is Gannon.

Then they will all be holding hands in a huge circle with the cameras panning their faces and the backs of their heads so that we can all have a full view as they start their dance.

8. So did Bolton go to Miller in prison to tell her that Mr X (Flietz?)
told Libby, and that Bolton knew that Fitzgerald already knew that?
Thus making protecting the Scooter pointless?
