Both were part of the PNAC-spin-off Committee for the Liberation of Iraq along with Will Marshall, head of the (DLC) Progressive Policy Institute and the DLC's chief policy wonk. Marshall signed the last two PNAC letters.

Bayh is the current leader of the DLC. Holy Joe is the past leader. From and Reed are the CEO and President. All the fuckers are neocons and they provide the political consultants to half of Congress.
