Conservatives called soldiers heroes when they attacked the Clinton Adm.
Now we hear the Freepers and chickenhawks like Ken Adelman demaning the muzzling of soldiers who dare to question their commander in chief or the Secretary of Defense.

I remember in the 1990's when military officers or enlistees criticized the Clinton Administration they were hailed as great patriots and heroes by right wing think tanks and radio talk show hosts. Michael New, who disobeyed orders to wear a UN patch in Bosnia; all the soldiers who bitched about gays in the military; that general who called Clinton a "skirt chaser".

This hypocrisy is just more evidence that some people evidently believe the US military should be an extension of the Republican National Committee.

1. Hypocrisy and mendacity are their hallmarks: and yes, they love Jesus,
never prevaricate, always follow only God's instructions, and always do unto others as they would want done unto them. Now that wasn't so hard, was it?
