2. Fitz has done a wonderful job keeping things silent with no leaks
probably because he knew Rove would try to pull some crap. I think Rove screwed up by lying in his testimony to John Ashcroft, thinking John would let everything drop. When the investigation was turned over to Fitz then Rove had to know he was in trouble if they got hold of Coopers notes.

3. As I inderstand it Fitz is a jesuit and jesuits are a tenacious lot.
According to their website. And I quote..."They are men with a singular passion: to do the world a world of good."

4. My guess is that he is spread too thin
Too many calamities, too many corrupt politicians to defend, too many spins to dream up, too much corruption from White House staffers, too many people to pay off, equals too much on the plate for even Herr Roveler. The damn dam was bound to crack somewhere. The man was overwhelmed by liars, crooks, and corruption. He could run the Texas crime family, but the national crime family may have done him in once and for all times.

5. Rove didn't do his homework....
<<When defense attorney Ron Safer heard that Patrick Fitzgerald would lead an inquiry into the leak of a CIA operative's name, his first thought was that, from the Bush administration's perspective, "they could not have picked a worse person.">>

6. Dinger, people who claim Rove is a genius really piss me off
Rove's "genius" is that he has no problem doing things that would make a decent person sick to their stomach

12. You are totally correct...
It takes a super evil person, to twist things the way Karl does. Twisted people are common amongst the higher ups of the GOP, but Karl is exceptionally twisted. The entire gang have criminal minds and Karl is their political point man. Reichminister of Propaganda takes a special super-liar. A Super "Dupe"r "Dupe"r Liar!

98% of the population are the untermench, to Karl and his evil masters.

7. I think that when Rove went to strangle Fitz...
... his hands began to burn just like Prof Quirrel/Lord Voldemort's did in Harry Potter I, so he had to let go...

I don't think Rove is an evil genius; he's just evil.
