8. As I just posted in another thread, my friend in D.C. called tonight ...

... and left me the message that both Rove and Libby will be indicted this week. My friend has been a reliable source of information since the days 13 years ago when we both worked for a federal contractor in DOE. Thus, I put the probability at about 70%, or 2-to-1 that at least Rove and Libby will be indicted this week.

I try to keep my expectations in check, knowing that an expectation is merely a premeditated resentment. :shrug:

I have no expectations whatsoever that "treason" will be charged. That's a very specific crime (identified in the Constitution) and very rarely charged or prosecuted, afaik.
