Oct. 20, 2005 — Thirteen-year-old twins Lamb and Lynx Gaede have one album out, another on the way, a music video, and lots of fans.

They may remind you another famous pair of singers, the Olsen Twins, and the girls say they like that. But unlike the Olsens, who built a media empire on their fun-loving, squeaky-clean image, Lamb and Lynx are cultivating a much darker personna. They are white nationalists and use their talents to preach a message of hate.


"We're proud of being white, we want to keep being white," said Lynx. "We want our people to stay white … we don't want to just be, you know, a big muddle. We just want to preserve our race."

The girls have a terrific publicist and once a year we are inundated with threads of their doings. DU consistently takes the bait. Nothing like young blondes to grab attention, eh? Doesn't matter what's said, as long as folks keep talking. The maxim, when I worked in the field was, "Jonas would throw his client off the top of the Empire State Building if he was sure it would get him 2 lines in Suzie's column."

Is this the 25th thread I've seen or the 30th? Lost count. This level of "racism" appeals only to whites seeking to secure their "credentials." It's been a working strategy for at least 3 years now.

this trash is supporting them. Perhaps you mean well. I will assume that. However, it is the responsibility of all reasonable people to recognize racism and injustice and do what they can to shine a bright light on it and discourage it whenever possible.

My comment was less directed to you personally, than an attempt to shine a bright light into the corner where the cockroaches are crawling. Having been employed and trained w-a-a-a-y-b-a-c-k in the wayback by the biggest PR firm in NYC, my intent was to spur thinking about how the knee-jerk responses play into the hands of those seeking publicity. So sorry if you object to hearing it from me.

As far as "ignoring racism" goes, I am personally affected by it DAILY and do not have that luxury. But thanks for your advice.

18. That's one way to look at it

I'd bet money - not a lot, but say $5 - that one of those girls will grow an independent brain one day, turn on her parents, and walk away from white nationalism. And it might start because she's googling or someone tells her she's being trashed on some message board somewhere, and she reads the comments and starts thinking about it. So why try to censor it? It's shocking and interesting to people. ABC News knows that.

I didn't even know what a white nationalist was until I read about these girls last year on DU. I would have called them white supremacists, until I learned there's a difference. So, you see, there's value in these threads.

17. I never heard of them until about an hour and a half ago

My husband played the video of their interview on 20/20 for me on the Internet. It turned my stomach. That parents can teach such hatred to their children is just appalling and makes me fear terribly for future generations. When one of them said that the killing of 6,000,000 Jews was an exaggeration I just couldn't listen anymore.

This is seriously about the fourth thread I've seen on these girls in the past few days.

Not to mention the ABC show on them.

I mean, I don't fault people for posting, but it kind of sucks that I now know that these girls' group is called Prussian Blue, they're sisters, they have a few albums, etc. etc.

That's more than I know about probably hundreds of non-racist and musically superior groups. Sad.
