I've heard it on at least two different shows just this weekend, correction, make that 3 different shows I just heard it again.

Basically it boils down to insurance is destroying the companies (remember when it was wages that we were flogging?), the government can't afford to pay our health insurance either (carrot here or would that be Lucy and her football?) so we're just going to have to give employees higher wages and let them buy their own health insurance independently (think about the implications of that one for a minute).
