Yes ! John Harwood of WSJ used the S word.
Referred to WHITE HOUSE SCANDALS. Now that's progress. He said this on MSNBC to Alex Witt.

2. You're right about those words.

But it seems that the same people who were so ready to attach the word scandal to every Clinton fart, just cannot bring themselves to call anything this crime filled administration does a scandal.

4. We could start a republican dictionary.
For U:
unethical, unprincipled, ungodly, un-American, unreliable, unmitigated (disaster), unjust, unlearned, unprofessional, unqualified, unreasonable, unsavory, unthinkable, unwise, and unworthy. And this is just the abridged edition.

12. This was SUCH a good idea, I started the republican dictionary
over here, but got banned from DU (seriously!) before I could fix the link that was supposed to be in the OP.

In the OP it says "On this the alphabet started..." the word missing between 'this' and 'the' is thread and somehow I screwed up typing in this link to this post so I could give you credit.

I really did get banned from DU -- the spam-guard caught me making 20 responses to one post (A is for; B is for; C is for; D is for...) and I got banned! So I could not finish the alphabet (T is for; U is for) and I could not get back in and fix the link to this thread to give you credit for the idea.

It was frustrating watching the number of responses to the thread growing to hundreds and hundreds - and not being able to join in!

Good idea!

14. A good idea is it's own reward. It was great fun...
...to watch this grow over the course of the day. Thanks for following up and giving the dictionary it's own thread. If it went no further than here I doubt many would even have noticed it.

8. This Scandal Needs A Better Name
I'm "gated" out. Le Affaire L'Plame kinda struck my fancy or Shoot Out at Yellow Cake Factory.

This scandal is gonna need its own identity. Just like Katrina blew away Camile and Betsy, this scandal could do the same to Watergate.

Now to find a sexy name that looks good with Nancy Grace's nostrils.
