Why do you think Fitzy's investigation has taken two years?
The Watergate investigation was only half as long, correct?

Watergate was an extensive investigation involving complex crimes and multiple culprits.

I am really wondering if Fitz isn't about to drop the mother-of-all-bombshells on this administration--and on the country.

Two years.

For many reasons (one of them being the serious length of this investigation)--I think it's a strong possibility that the entire ship is doing down, including Bush.

Also, this has to be about more than outing Plame. Two years on just Plame? I don't think so.

Could it be that Fitzgerald has evidence and witnesses to prove what we have known all along--that the Bush administration fabricated and marketeered their way into a baseless war and totally lied to the American people?

It's almost as if BushCo members are traveling on a jet that's just been discovered to have no landing gear. Fitz, in the control tower, is now saying, "Brace! Brace! Brace!", but it's unclear to anyone who will survive and who will perish--or how the incident will affect the entire nation.

How long WAS the Watergate investigation, anyway?

6. Oh, please include the Supremes and election fraud 00 & 04
I would be so happy, if this is so, and they prove that Bush has
no claim on the presidency, we should have an umpire from the major
leagues to a "you're out" call

7. Hope Cooper, Miller stalling gave Fitz lots of time to prepare indictments
He almost certainly knew Rove and Libby were lying in their claims that they heard about Mrs. Wilson being CIA from journalists but Fitz had to jump through lots of hoops and minefields including Supreme Court to get the testimony of Cooper and Miller to confirm what he already guessed.

Fitz had plenty of time to assess the situation, make important connections and wrap up a lot of details before Miller and Rove's final testimony. Hopefully he will not have to ask for an extension and can go ahead and get indictments now.

8. There was a lot of stalling and foot draging to provide Fitz with
the documents and different information he asked for. The longer that takes, the longer it is to investigate the information provided.

Zero help from the press. In fact, press complicit in conspiracy.

10. Sure, the Watergate investigation was much faster, but...
back then, we didn't have PowerPoint presentations or email. Or cellphones that don't really work very well. Everything's slower now!
