Houston, I think we have a problem
If we keep killing Iraqis do we ever arrive at some point where we have killed enough Iraqis that we don't have to kill any more of them? This ain't no trick question either. I mean holy jeebus, the only way we civilized the native Americans to our liking was to keep slaughtering them until they were all dead except for the few we remanded to reservations. If the best idea our leaders can come up with is to keep killing Iraqis until we can install a government there to our liking we are in deep shit.

Don

1. Or as yesterday's news told us...
(I think it was you who posted it in LBN)...

Bremer would certainly starve them rather than continue that "socialist" program of free food handouts!

Maybe that ties into your premise/question, but in an accelerated manner?

2. I watched "Little Big Man" again last night
and was thinking the same thing. Seems that the only way we know to deal with people of different cultures is genocide. :-(

3. The projected genocide
as per the administration is 250,000 innocent Iraqi lives (that was posted here on DU). They're evil....Bush is no better than Hiltler.

5. The American people don't care about Iraqi dead
Only American dead. Sad and unforntunate, but true. That's the only thing that will undermine support for the war in Iraq.

6. You are right and you are wrong
You are right in that americans only care about American dead but you are wrong about that being the only thing that will undermine support for the war. Americans love money and when it becomes apparent that we are throwing good American Money away on Muslems when we need it here so desperately the tide may start turning.

7. It's simple math...
130,000 American Soldiers vs. 27,000,000 Iraqi's.

That means our Soldiers have to each kill 270 Iraqi's to achieve control of Iraq.

Call it the Bush* / Cheney Final Solution.
