2. Somebody left their lunch on a commuter train platform.
And they bring a significant percentage of a major city to a halt when they have zero collaborative information that this is anything other than a bag of Krispy Kreme doughnuts. They blew it up. What a waste of good Krispy Kremes.

6. how funny is it that the news kept saying it was "detinated" but also that
it had no explosives in it. How could one detinate a non-threatening backpack? Seriously someone in LA feels like a a*s that they left their red backpack on the platform this morning.

The police have explosives they detonate... which would cause any explosives in the suspicious bag to detonate as well, if there are any.
