6. My sister is an intern for Homeland Security

I was part of a counterterrorism/spy simulation for them in Atlanta I wrote about my experience on my blog (I've posted it on the homeland security section of this DU message board system)

I'm also on US Representative Tom Price's "Youth Advisory Council," which I have a feeling is little more than something that serves as a tool for him to say that the youth of my district (or former, there was just a redistricting) supports his agenda -- which is basically to parrot the Neocons. I really dislike all of the suffering he promotes with Bushite policies, yet I hugged him last time I saw him. I guess I just don't have the spite in me past that.


My sis plans to work in DC for the defense department or NSA in the future; I will probably be a journalist or professor.
