Liberality for All - Republican Comic Book

Liberality For All

LIBERALITY FOR ALL #1 It is 2021, tomorrow is the 20th anniversary of 9/11 It is up to an underground group of bio-mechanically enhanced conservatives led by Sean Hannity, G. Gordon Liddy and Oliver North to thwart Ambassador Usama Bin Laden's plans to nuke New York City...And wake the world from an Orwellian nightmare of United Nations dominated ultra-liberalism.

... An Orwellian nightmare where the government can secretly imprison you forever without a trial or access to an attorney.

A nightmare where dissent is condemned as treason.

A nightmare where wars are started with lies.

A nightmare where innocent people are tortured and killed.

A nightmare where the people are controlled with fear and lies.

A nightmare where the government can secretly obtain your library, medical, and financial records without your knowledge.

A nightmare where the government can wiretap your phone without evidence of criminal activity.

A nightmare where the government can sneak into your home and install surveillance equipment without your knowledge and without probable cause or a specific warrant.

Oh wait ...

2. Remember when...

When comics dealt with real problems?

Like prejudice in X-men and Maus?

Or corruption by power in Kingdom Come and the Watchmen?

Or all those good little life lessons you could find at the end of Groo?

Or V for Vendetta and it's Orwellian nightmare?

Or doing evil in the name of Good like in the Infinity Crisis?

Gee, does anyone else think the right are trying to make themselves look good with anbother PR stunt. Goodness knows they can't do it by honestly talking about thier policies.

Hmm, what would happen if Liberal comic bok artists and writers made an anti-war comic book? Set in an alternate world but using storylines inpsiured by real world occurences (Like aleader who uses fear and lies to start wars, torture, religouse extremism dominating societies, and a REAL Orwellian nightmare)

which do you think would sell better?

3. The comic points out that the conservative right are being persecuted.
Though they hold all the power today... Wasn't that a tactic the NAZIs used?

4. Sing it! "I'm a victim ... Woah-oh!"
All of it, especially the Justice Sunday bullshit, reminds me of this parody song that Rush Limbaugh used to play (still does?) when doing a bit about how black people are always supposedly whining like babies about being persecuted when they're not.

It's a bluesy woman singing: I'm a victim ... Whoa-ohh-ohh ... I'm a victim!

They control, run, and own everything!

6. It simply amazes me how crappy the RW is when it come to artistic endeavor
I mean really. Crappy premise for a comic book, crappy characters(really, how believable is it that Ollie and the gang, enhanced or not, can actually do this shit in their eighties), crappy artwork, crappy plot, published by a crappy company, advertised only on a crappy website. Crap crap crap crap.

And I've noticed this about their other so called artistic endeavors. Writing, drawing, painting, films. Rarely do they come up with anything original, and what they do manage to spew up is absolute garbage. Too much hate, too little soul, that's the problem.

I guess we can expect to find this little gem about five years from now in the "10cents per pound" section of a flea market. More likely yet, buried in a landfill somewhere.

8. National Lampoon Predicted this comic back in 1973!
They did a parody comic called "G Gordon Liddy - Agent of C.R.E.E.P."

Liddy and his "Plumbers" were protecting the country from the Evil Dr Ellsberg, who was trying to overthrow the government by defeating the President in an election.

It seems like it was remarkably similar to this strip. RW's are living parodies.
