Letterman is hitting Harriet M and Dubya hard.
It's one joke about ineptitude after another.

4. That's funny. I don't either. I used to watch Dave all the time. I was
happy to see a steady stream of Bush jokes. These shows have a huge influence on the general public.

30. I stopped watching when Dave seemed to
be a * supporter about the war. He always had the same jokes about Clinton and Monica and it was like give it up already. I started watching a little bit ago and it has been more fun after he has seen the light. But why was he so hard on Dean tonight?

38. I had stopped watching him then, too.
And I thought he was hard on Dean, too! Maybe it was his way of trying to appear non-partisan after all the jokes about *?

3. WOW
THAT was 20 minutes PLUS of non-stop Bush Bashing and some of it was downright vicious.

I don't think that Dave is real high on Der Monkey.

I didn't expect THAT.

It was like clubbing a baby seal.

I don't think he likes Shrub, although he probably gets plenty of joke mileage from the Dufus!

11. He is a registered Democrat
At the 2000 republican convention they used a picture of him in one of their video packages and he made a big stink out of it. He showed his voter registration form on air to prove he has no affiliation with the republican party.

34. Dave's an a**
I've long grown weary of his Clinton and Dem bashing. He's as much a Dem as Tweety or Russert.

8. In the past, I felt he was WAY to kind. I think he's had enough of Bush.
Top Ten is about Bush.
Top ten thoughts of Bush while pounding nail into wood in NO.
Basically paints Bush as the idiot he is.
Throws in a Clinton joke at the end.

37. The best part was before Dave showed the Top 10...
He showed a brief clip of * using a hammer, then derided him for holding it in the middle instead grasping the end of it.

29. That's why I love HOward! He really does tell the truth!
I thought about it, and the first thing I thought of was three card monty, but nobody outside of NY would know what I meant. Was running out of time, and I said hide the salami!

I think that's exactly why people like him! He could have made up some BS, but he didn't!

GREAT JOB Howard!

31. I got real happy when Dean
was talking about renewable energy..that we would have to have it and the jobs would stay in America.

Dean called Gore "A very Bright guy"..when Dean was trying to explain Global Warming to Letterman..said, "you should have Al explain this to you".

Oh, to have that Bright guy as our President!

33. Letterman was still a jerk
I can't believe he was trying to say Dems were as corrupt as Repubs. He's either incredibly ignorant or incredibly biased.

Dave's Clenis obsession is beyond ridiculous.

I was pretty shocked at how stupid Dave is when it comes to politics.

way disingenous when he was saying all that crap about the "list of Dems and repukes offenses and trying to size up whose were worse.." paraphrasing..cause I can't remember the exact words.

But, I'm like..whoa, have you checked the m$m papers lately, dude?!
