Please post photo here if found. Saw it during today's fuzzy, bleary, hung-overy but very timely statement about the Pakistan Earthquake.

5. His handlers won't let him go back to the "ranch", it seems.
Is it easier to keep him sober in the White House? After that vacation-long-enough-to-put-a-Frenchman-to-shame, the handlers must have concluded he should give the appearance of remaining on the job in DC.

By the way, I've used that analogy to a Frenchman's vacation a couple of times with rabid neocons, and it totally shuts them up!

U.S. President George W. Bush offers his condolences and aid to the people of Pakistan from the White House in Washington, D.C. October 9, 2005. The south Asian country was hit by a massive earthquake that has claimed the lives of over 20,000 people so far, and has been called the worst natural disaster in the history of Pakistan. 8. Peculiar Bush Facial Abrasion #17
By my "reckoning"

If you add the peculiar facial abraisions to the wig wag of
his Coke Jaw -- then you are noting some ALARMING SIGNS.

Of course, the corporate media sees nothing.

14. Years from now, we're going to find out Bush has a neurological disorder.
I'm convinced.

Did they really expect anyone to believe that the President of the US choked on a pretzel to the point of unconsiousness without any security guard around to give him the Heimlich?

My wife and I were watching some old video of Bush on CSPAN's retrospective yesterday, and our jaws dropped at how much worse Bush has gotten since then. Believe it or not, once upon a time, this guy could string together words, make sentences, and speak at a normal rate. The difference between then and now is stunning. I've never seen anything like it.

How many times can he "fall off a bike" before the American people demand that he stop stonewalling and tell us what's really going on?

29. Neurological, indeed - Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome
I have believed for a few years that * has Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome as a result of his long alcoholism. I learned about this disorder years ago, in Abnormal Psychopathology, and the symptoms of progressive dementia and memory loss stuck with me.

Here's a little more, with a link:
"...S.S. Korsakoff, a Russian psychiatrist, described the disturbance of memory in the course of long-term alcoholism in a series of articles from 1887-1891. He termed this syndrome psychosis polyneuritica, believing that these typical memory deficits, in conjunction with polyneuropathy, represented different facets of the same disease. In 1897, Murawieff first postulated that a single etiology was responsible for both syndromes . The term Wernicke encephalopathy is used to describe the symptom complex of ophthalmoplegia, ataxia, and an acute confusional state. If persistent learning and memory deficits are present, the symptom complex is termed Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome"

..."Heavy, long-term alcohol use is the most common association with Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome."

"Frequency: In the US: Long-standing alcohol use is the most common association with development of Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome, although poor nutrition can also be an important factor. Prevalence data have come primarily from necropsy studies, with rates of 1-3%, and have indicated that prevalence at autopsy exceeds recognition in life. The rate has been found to be significantly higher in specific populations, ie, homeless people, older people (especially those living alone or in isolation), and psychiatric inpatients, where alcohol use and poor nutritional states predominate."

BTW, if you Google "Korsakoff" and B*sh, you get some interesting results.

Especially if he isn't getting treatment, which I can hardly imagine. I find him somewhat vain. So it looks like its the booze that's making it flare up.

My vote goes to rosacea or some treatment for skin cancer, prior or current.
