If you follow the new "Opus" comics, you'll know B. B. has been doing some subtle cutting edge political commentary. His aim is perfect, and his humor is WAY too subtle for the freepers.

I think Berkeley Breathed is back big time.

Opus is GREAT! BB is great. He speaks the truth, it's out there to see, and I always love his strips. We need more like him, many more. We absolutely need to turn this country around, and get rid of the neocons, the fascists, and the fundies.

I've never understood why.

They're running re-runs of "Calvin and Hobbes" in its place. Now I love C&H, but still don't understand why some other strip couldn't have gotten cut instead.

Opus has been pretty much in-your-face about what's going on. They probably decided between moving it to the political section or cancelling it. Kinda like "Boondocks".
